Mary L. Baglivo is a highly accomplished marketing and communications executive, with extensive experience in global marketing firm Chief Executive Officer roles, as well as higher education Chief Marketing Officer positions. She is recognized for her leadership in driving results for complex organizations in the corporate and higher education sectors, via data-driven insight-based strategies and integrated marketing and communications programs. Baglivo is a seasoned independent board director, at both public and private companies. She is currently a director at Host Hotels and Resorts (NASDAQ: HST), the largest hotel real estate investment trust; and Ruth’s Hospitality Group (NASDAQ: RUTH). Baglivo is Chair of the Culture and Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee at Host Hotels, and a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance and CSR Committees of Ruth’s. Baglivo's board experience includes PVH (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger), where she was actively engaged in the company's transformational growth via acquisitions and omni-channel innovation.
