Jorge A. Diaz

Jorge A. Diaz is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in the architecture and construction sectors, currently serving in the role of Assistant Resident Engineer for the New Terminal One Redevelopment Program at JFK Airport through Urban Engineers since June 2024. Prior to this position, Jorge held the role of Lead Superintendent for Delta CMT at JFK International Air Terminal from February 2023 to December 2024, overseeing the Delta Sky Club Lounge and Delta Premium Lounge projects. Between February 2021 and February 2023, Jorge acted as a Construction Superintendent at The LiRo Group, coordinating activities for the construction of the new 40th Precinct in the Bronx. With prior experience as a General Superintendent at Walsh Glass and Metal and as Project Manager at Lexington Maintenance, Jorge has cultivated a robust skill set in project management and site supervision, complemented by academic credentials in architecture from Spitzer School of Architecture and The City College of New York.
