Emberlin Leja is an experienced project manager and policy analyst currently serving in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute since December 2021. Prior roles include Project Administrator and Research Assistant at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, as well as an Innovation and Design Intern and Policy and Communications Fellow for the City of Syracuse, where successful initiatives included creating policy reports and conducting research on public engagement post-COVID-19.
