Emily Gaspich

Emily Gaspich is an accomplished professional with significant experience in capital planning and urban development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Urban Land Institute since February 2023, Gaspich previously held the position of Director of Capital Planning at Carlow University since June 2019. Prior roles include Project Manager for the City of Pittsburgh's Department of Mobility and Infrastructure from June 2017 to June 2019, Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from February 2015 to June 2017, and Project Development Specialist/Special Projects at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh from December 2012 to February 2015. Gaspich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
