Kate Hyde

Kate Hyde is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate redevelopment, consulting, and education management. Currently serving as a Manager at the Urban Land Institute since January 2019, Kate has previously held positions such as Senior Associate at Redevelopment Lab and Vice President at Anquiro. Other notable roles include Business Manager at Miken Development and Founder and Director of The New Classical Academy. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Urban Studies from UNC Charlotte, Kate also possesses a strong commitment to sustainability, evidenced by an Associate of Applied Science in Sustainability Technologies.
