Matthew Norris

Matthew Norris is an experienced professional in urban planning, currently serving as Senior Director at the Urban Land Institute, with previous roles as Director and Senior Manager within the organization. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of South Jersey Advocate at Tri-State Transportation Campaign. Academic qualifications include a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and participation as an Affiliate Student in Planning at University College London in 2010.
