Mrinalini Singh

Mrinalini Singh is a City Coordinator (Consultant) at Urban Management Centre since January 2019, where leadership of the Sanitation Worker Safety Scheme in Rourkela Municipal Corporation is a key achievement. This role includes the identification of sanitation worker settlements, conducting surveys, issuing ID cards, training, providing guidelines and PPE, and linking to social security schemes. Mrinalini Singh also supports 12 other urban local bodies in implementing the Garima scheme and oversees the complete Fecal Sludge and Septage Management (FSSM) value chain.
