Kathy Mollere

Kathy Mollere is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Portland, Oregon market. Currently serving as the Principal Broker at Urban Nest Realty since August 2019, Kathy previously owned and operated Home Equity Properties from December 2014 to August 2019, a boutique brokerage recognized multiple times with Portland Monthly Magazine's 5 Star Real Estate Professional Award. Prior to that, Kathy was the Owner and Principal Broker of Super Realty Group, specializing in residential resale and real estate investments from 2008 to 2014. Kathy's career in real estate began with roles at Mal & Seitz Real Estate and Affinity Realty, coupled with a background in social work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Outpatient Therapist. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies, both from Tulane University.
