Gayle Frank

Gayle Frank is a Senior Advisor for Indigenous Relations and Truth and Reconciliation at Urban Systems Ltd. since November 2018, bringing 25 years of experience in fostering meaningful engagements with Indigenous communities. Alongside this role, Gayle serves as an Indigenous Community Consultant, ensuring the integration of Indigenous culture into projects. Prior experience includes being Office Manager at Four Directions Management Services Ltd. and a Recruiter at The Minerva Foundation For BC Women. Gayle also worked as a Program Coordinator for AMTA - Aboriginal Mentoring & Training Association and as a Researcher in the Legal Department at Tk'emlups te Secwépemc. Educationally, Gayle holds a Bachelor's degree in First Nations Studies & Archaeology from Simon Fraser University, completed in 2011.
