Chris Barnhardt

Chris Barnhardt currently serves as Preconstruction Manager at UrbanCore Construction, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Chris worked as a Project Estimator at W.M. Jordan Company from May 2023 to October 2024 and held dual roles as Preconstruction Manager/Estimator and Project Manager at Center Creek Homes from January 2019 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Estimator and Project Engineer at Baker Roofing Company from July 2013 to November 2018. Chris also gained experience as a Project Manager at ARCO Design/Build Inc for a brief period in early 2013 and completed internships at ARCO Design/Build, Inc. in 2011 and 2012. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University, obtained in 2012.
