Wesley McDonald

Wesley McDonald is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in high-level leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for URBN and Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., Wesley is the Audit Committee Chair for both organizations, demonstrating strong governance expertise. Previous positions include CFO and Principal Officer for Kohl's Department Stores, where managerial responsibilities encompassed capital budgeting and strategic investments, and CFO for Abercrombie & Fitch. With a solid foundation in financial analysis and operations management from tenures at Target and Westinghouse Electric Company, Wesley holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University.
