Keith Heikes

Keith Heikes has extensive experience in the agriculture and dairy industries, serving in executive roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Keith served as Chief Operating Officer and later as Retired COO at URUS Group from October 2018 to present. Prior to that, Keith held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Genex Cooperative, Inc. from January 2013 to June 2021. Keith's career at Genex Cooperative, Inc. and Cooperative Resources International spanned from August 1996 to December 2012, where responsibilities included Vice President of Dairy Genetics and Global Alliance Development, as well as Vice President of International Programs. Earlier experience includes the position of General Manager at NOBA, Inc. from April 1990 to August 1996. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science from Kansas State University between 1975 and 1979.
