Lavarus Calloway

Lavarus Calloway serves as an Immigration Services Officer at USCIS since August 2024, leading the development and management of complex programs to ensure regulatory compliance and effective resource utilization. Previously, Lavarus held the position of Program Manager in the United States Air Force from January 2024 to August 2024, overseeing HR programs and promoting compliance with labor laws. Lavarus's experience as a Recruiter with Staffmark Group focused on the entire recruitment lifecycle and the implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies. As Human Resources Director at USAF Weapons School from December 2019 to November 2022, Lavarus directed comprehensive HR functions and improved employee engagement. Lavarus also managed customer support operations for over 8,500 personnel as a Human Resources Manager in the United States Air Force from October 2002 to December 2019. Lavarus holds an Associate of Arts from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix in Human Resources Management.
