Devin Lackey

Devin Lackey is a Physical Scientist at the US Environmental Protection Agency, starting in October 2024, with prior experience as a Project Scientist at EBI Consulting, where Devin independently produced multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and avian nest surveys. At Apex Companies, LLC, Devin contributed to the analysis and reporting of environmental data across six states, demonstrating expertise in Phase I and II ESAs. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on hydraulic conductivity studies, a Sustainable Business Development Intern at Clearloop Corporation, and logistical positions at C.H. Robinson and Union Beer Distributors, which showcased strong communication and analytical skills. Devin holds a degree in Environmental Science from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Bard College.
