Erica Tauzer

Erica Tauzer, AICP, is a highly experienced project manager at Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, DPC, since June 2015, overseeing numerous projects related to shoreline resiliency, comprehensive planning, and environmental evaluation. With prior roles as a Senior Planner and Planner at EDR, Erica has authored multiple reports, enhanced socioeconomic analysis production, and maintained strong client relationships across New York State. Previous positions include Forestry Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension, Local Research Coordinator at Upstate Medical University, and Research Fellow at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, establishing a solid foundation in environmental studies with a Master's degree from SUNY-ESF and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Spanish, Environmental Studies from Albion College. Additional experience includes teaching roles and urban ecological research, demonstrating a broad commitment to environmental education and community engagement.
