Kirstin R.

Kirstin R. currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at US Fertility, a role held since June 2021, following previous titles including Vice President of Integration and Operations. Prior to joining US Fertility, Kirstin R. spent a decade at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where leadership roles included Director of Finance and Administration for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Associate Director of Finance and Administration for the Department of Anesthesiology. Kirstin R. has extensive experience managing significant budgets and faculty/staff teams, demonstrating expertise in operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Business Administration in Health Administration and a Master of Arts in Health and Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Northern Colorado and an Equity Certificate from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
