Erin Sponaugle

Erin Sponaugle is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience across various hospitality roles. Currently, Erin serves as the Restaurant Operations Consultant Field Leader at US Foods since January 2019 and has held multiple leadership positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton and Stratton Mountain Resort since 2017 and 2016, respectively. Erin's previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Resort at Squaw Creek and Director of Food Services at Destination Hotels. Erin has a solid foundation in management, having served as a Food and Beverage Manager at Intrawest and Store Manager at Starbucks. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Western Washington University, complemented by earlier studies at Loyola Marymount University.
