Susan Spier

Susan Spier currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at US Heart and Vascular, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held several leadership positions at Valiant Integrated Services from May 2018 to October 2023, including VP of People Resources Benefits, Compensation & Compliance, and Sr. Director of People Resources Center & Global Benefits. At Murray State University from June 2014 to May 2018, Susan worked as Assistant Director of Benefits and Compensation and Human Resources Benefits Manager. Earlier in Susan's career, roles at Pella Corporation included Production Manager and Human Resources Manager. Susan holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Human Resource Training and Development, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
