Mike Kraft

Mike Kraft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language program management and training within the U.S. Navy, currently serving as Command Language Program Manager since May 2023. Previously, Mike held the role of Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2022 to June 2023. With a long tenure at the U.S. Navy commencing in 1992, Mike served as a Senior Language Advisor and participated in critical roles as a Senior Training Manager and Multi Discipline Cryptologic Linguist. Mike's expertise includes advising on language program readiness and development of curriculum for cryptologic instruction. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education from Excelsior University and communication technology degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
