Patrick Olivarez

Patrick Olivarez is a seasoned professional in logistics and election services with extensive experience in providing life cycle logistics support, primarily for the Marine Corps Systems Command. Currently serving as a Senior Logistician at SAIC, Patrick also holds a long-standing role as an Officer of Election for the Spotsylvania County Electoral Board since 2004. Prior roles include Acquisition Logistics Analyst at Patricio Enterprises, Inc., where support was provided to the United States Marine Corps, and Insider Threat Program Senior Official at Tele-Consultants, Inc., where Patrick established a corporate-wide insider threat program. Earlier experiences also include roles in logistics and security, as well as part-time participation in law enforcement training exercises. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Mary Washington from 1987 to 1993.
