Jak Wilberscheid

JaK Wilberscheid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in personal and organizational peak performance consulting, currently serving as President of Wilberscheid & Associates LLC since January 2006. As a Master Instructor Trainer with US SAILING since June 1996, JaK plays a crucial role in certifying sailing instructors across the United States. Additionally, JaK is the CEO of Hood River WaterPlay and JaK's Sports Inc., leading operations at both a world-class windsurfing facility and a retail outlet for water sports equipment. Previous experience includes serving as Program/Training Coordinator at Simpson Paper Co., where JaK developed competency-based training programs, and as an Oil Field Service Supervisor/Trainer at The Western Company of North America. JaK holds degrees in Marketing and the Psychology of Peak Performance and completed technical education in remedial oil well stimulation.
