Aaron Wood

Aaron Wood has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Trailer Management Team at US Xpress Enterprises Inc since January 2006. In this role, Aaron directs and supervises employees, identifying training needs and providing performance feedback. Previous positions include Load Planner, Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, Senior Operations Analyst, and Fleet Manager, each emphasizing skills in operational efficiency, customer service, and strategic planning. Earlier experience as a 911 dispatcher at Cleveland Bradley County 911 showcased skills in emergency response and employee training. Aaron is pursuing Lean Six Sigma certifications at Chattanooga State Community College, with achievements as a Black Belt and currently working towards a Green Belt.
