Malcolm Baxter III

Malcolm (Duke) Baxter III is an accomplished baseball professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in coaching and training. Currently serving as the USA NTIS NJ Director for USA Baseball since January 2019, Malcolm has also been the CEO, Coach, and Motivator at Zoned Inc since May 2002, where over 100,000 lessons have been delivered to athletes ranging from T-ball to professional levels. In addition, Malcolm is the creator of online baseball and softball courses through Dominate the Diamond and has been an online course creator at Kajabi since January 2018. Previous professional athletic experience includes playing as an infielder for the Somerset Patriots and the Madison Blackwolf. Malcolm also held the position of President and Inventor at Baxter Enterprises, which produced innovative training devices for baseball. Educational background includes a BA in Health Administration and Business Management from the University of North Florida, and an AA in Accounting and Business Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
