Don Wilson

Don Wilson is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Claims Team Manager at California Casualty since May 2001. In this role since May 2022, Don effectively leads the claims program, coaching and developing personnel while managing departmental activities to ensure timely and accurate property and casualty loss resolutions. Previous positions include Senior SIU Examiner, where expertise in multi-state SIU regulations and the development of innovative fraud detection programs were demonstrated, as well as responsibilities as a Senior Inside Multi-Line Claims Adjuster, where Don managed complex auto and homeowner claims. Prior experience includes a role as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance and service as a Reserve Police Officer with the Colorado Springs Police Department. Don is pursuing an Associate degree in Criminal Justice at Pike Peak Community College and holds Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification from the Colorado Springs Police Department Training Academy.
