Allan Bogan

Allan Bogan is an accomplished leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at USCJ since March 2023 and as a Senior Fellow with Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies since September 2016. Previously, Allan worked as a consultant and independent contractor, focusing on workshops and mentoring for mid-career leaders. At Action for Healthy Kids, Allan held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Growth Officer, driving organizational growth and revenue strategies. Prior roles include Vice-President of Community Impact at BBYO, Associate Executive Director at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee, and various directorial roles at the JCC of Chicago over 16 years. Allan holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership and a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
