Ruth D'Arcy-Daniel

Ruth D'Arcy-Daniel serves as the Lead Learning Consultant at UserTesting since October 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Customer Education at UserZoom from August 2021 to October 2023, where Ruth focused on creating and delivering engaging learning experiences in UX research. As the founder and User Experience Researcher at Different Dimensions from July 2011 to November 2021, Ruth dedicated efforts to making user experience research accessible for diverse businesses in the UK. Ruth's extensive experience includes roles at Shell, Lloyds Banking Group, and City Interaction Lab, contributing to enhancing user experiences through research insights and best practices. Ruth's educational background includes an MSc in Human-Centred Systems from City, University of London, and a BA in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Psychology from The Open University.
