Martin Salamone currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Fan Engagement at USF Athletics, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Martin was with Vanderbilt University from March 2016 to August 2024 as the Associate Athletic Director for Fan Engagement & Hospitality, where responsibilities included providing strategic leadership across various external affairs departments. Martin's previous experience includes roles at the University of Florida Athletic Association, where contributions were significant in revenue generation and marketing, including negotiation of major multimedia rights contracts, as well as a tenure at Penn State University focusing on marketing and promotions. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
