Henry L. Velarde

Henry L. Velarde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior consulting and program analysis within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Program Analyst at USfalcon since October 2018, Henry supports the Aircraft Carrier Branch of the Chief of Naval Operations' Air Warfare Division.
