Kayla Clark

Kayla Clark, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Transition Specialist at USO, overseeing all operations for USO Europe, Middle East, & Africa since May 2019. In this role, Kayla connects active-duty service members and military spouses with essential resources for personal and professional transitions. Kayla has previously held various managerial positions within the USO, including managing centers that served thousands of service members and families, and directing daily operations and programming. Prior to joining USO, Kayla worked with U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Readiness and the Wounded Warrior Project, gaining experience in recreation programming, outreach coordination, and recruitment. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business & Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, with a focus on Marketing, International Business, and Chinese.
