Pam Yoo

Pam Yoo is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic development and implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since July 2021, Pam Yoo has held multiple leadership roles focused on corporate strategy and integration. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Strategy Officer at San Ramon Regional Medical Center under Tenet Healthcare and significant positions at Sutter Health, progressing from Manager to Sr. Manager in strategy implementation and enterprise transformation. Pam Yoo also contributed to UCSF Health as Director of the Neuroscience Service Line. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from the University of California, Davis, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from the same institution.
