Matthew Proctor-Verver

Matthew Proctor-Verver is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service since September 2024, Matthew previously held multiple positions at National Tire & Battery, including Store Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Store Manager from August 2023 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CSC ServiceWorks from April 2008 to January 2023, where Matthew advanced from Air Valet Administrator to Quality Assurance Lead. Additionally, a brief role as an Overnight Guest Service Bellman at Omni Hotels & Resorts occurred in late 2017. Matthew holds a High School Diploma in Computer Programming/Networking from the Academy of Irving ISD and has furthered education at Dallas College and Tarrant County College.
