Ellen Minzner

Ellen Minzner currently serves as the USRowing Para High Performance Director since 2019. Previously, Ellen held various leadership roles at Community Rowing, Inc., including Director of Inclusion and Advocacy, and Director of Outreach from 2011 to 2021. Ellen was also a US Paralympic Rowing Coach for USRowing from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Ellen served as Executive Director for Greater Lawrence Community Boating and was the Community Development Manager for the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, focusing on community development projects and grant management. Ellen's background includes significant contributions to youth development through programs like Girls' Row Boston, and coaching roles at UC Berkeley and Kansas State University. Academically, Ellen holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Arts from Villanova University.
