Matthew J. Sideman

Matthew J. Sideman, MD, DFSVS, FACS, currently serves as a Professor and Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery at UT Health San Antonio since March 2009, where Matthew J. has held multiple academic titles, including Professor of Vascular Surgery and Interim Chief of the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. Prior to this role, Matthew Sideman contributed as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine from July 2002 until February 2009. Educationally, Matthew Sideman earned an MD in Medicine from UT Health San Antonio between 1992 and 1996 and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Biology from Austin College from 1989 to 1992.
