Muhammad Hammadah is an experienced cardiologist currently serving as an Assistant Professor at UT Health San Antonio since November 2021. Hammadah has been a Structural Cardiology Fellow at the Minneapolis Heart Institute since July 2020 and completed a Cardiology Fellowship at Emory University from July 2015 to July 2020. Prior to that, Hammadah trained as a Medical Resident at the Cleveland Clinic from July 2012 to June 2015, specializing in internal medicine. Hammadah began a career in academia as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Emory University School of Medicine in the Department of Cardiology from August 2011 to June 2012, following the attainment of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Aleppo in 2011.
