Governance and Oversight

The Governance and Oversight team at Utica College is responsible for ensuring that the institution adheres to its mission, strategic goals, and regulatory requirements. This team, comprising the Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons, Trustees, Secretary, and the President, oversees corporate governance, institutional policies, strategic planning, and accountability. Their primary role is to provide leadership, direction, and oversight to maintain the college’s integrity, sustainability, and excellence in education.
