Mandy Sumner

Mandy Sumner, GISP, currently serves as a Senior GIS Consultant at UDC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mandy worked at Locana from April 2018 to October 2023 as a Senior GIS Analyst, focusing on data migration for the National Grid Gas Business Enablement Program, overseeing asset cleansing operations and the conversion of gas distribution data. Earlier experience includes a position as a GIS Analyst at TRM from September 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities involved maintaining and updating a custom ESRI GIS-based Asset Management System integrated with an Oracle 10G database. Mandy's initial roles included positions as a Geologist at GES and GEOCON Inland Empire, Inc., as well as a GIS Specialist at TCNT. Mandy holds a Master of Science in GIS from Northwest Missouri State University and multiple degrees in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Southern Maine.
