Noel Austin

Noel Austin has extensive experience in management consulting and leadership within housing associations. Currently an Authorised UW Partner and Senior Team Leader at Utility Warehouse since November 2007, Noel previously managed consulting assignments from 1991 to 2015 and contributed as Managing Consultant at OASiS plc. Leadership roles include serving as Chairman of Bere Forest Housing Association and Director at HVHS Housing Group and Paramount Housing Association, driving initiatives in social housing and mental health support. Academic credentials include a BA in Mathematics from The Open University and a Certificate in Health Economics from the University of Aberdeen, alongside tutoring at multiple educational institutions from 1984 to 2000.
