Utkarsh Patil

Utkarsh Patil is a professional in the field of planning and design, currently serving as Director and Co-Founder at Utkarsh Patil Planning & Design LLP since October 2024. Prior to this role, Patil was a Project Manager at Russell and Dawson Architecture - Engineering - Construction from March 2014 to April 2024, overseeing various phases of ongoing projects. Patil gained valuable experience as a Planning and Development Intern at the City of Anderson, where responsibilities included drafting significant components of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and utilizing research to propose innovative urban initiatives. Further academic and professional development included a Graduate Assistant position at Clemson University and earning a Master of City and Regional Planning as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
