Nick Emlet

Nick Emlet, CUDE, currently serves as the Vice President of Membership Services & Member Service Operations at UW Credit Union since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held several leadership positions at the Credit Union National Association from November 2016 to January 2023, including Vice President of Strategy & Project Delivery and Senior Director of Enterprise Governance. Nick's experience also includes a role as PMO Manager at WEA Trust and Senior Manager of PMO Operations at CUNA Mutual Group. Additional roles include Director of Client Relations at Nordic Consulting Partners, Business Analysis Practice Leader at CUNA Mutual Group, and Project Manager/Business Analyst at Safe Bridge Solutions. Nick began a career in consulting and analysis at Ingenix Consulting, Safe Bridge Solutions, and Epic, where the initial experience was as an Implementation Team Leader. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Iowa.
