Allen Hill

Allen Hill is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as Chief of Police at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse since September 2019. Previously, Allen held various positions at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, including Chief of Police, Interim Chief of Police, and Division Commander for Field Operations and the Office of Professional Standards. Responsibilities included oversight of uniformed police patrols, investigations, accreditation, and training programs. Allen's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Security Coordinator at KBR, Inc., a State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety, and a Fire Fighter/Paramedic with the Killeen Fire Department. Allen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University and further education from Northwestern University and Sam Houston State University, emphasizing leadership and law enforcement management.
