Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott is currently an Associate Teaching Professor of Finance at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission. With extensive experience in academia, Andrew taught at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota for several years, holding roles as Tenured Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Director of the Cooperative Education Program. Andrew's background includes a visiting scholar position at Xi'an Polytechnic University and adjunct teaching roles at Kansas State University and Murray State University. Prior experience includes positions at Edward Jones and various educational institutions, with a focus on finance and business administration. Andrew holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Financial Planning from Kansas State University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University, as well as graduate certificates in Financial Planning and Leadership Studies.
