Leona Craffert

Leona Craffert (PhD) currently serves as the Director of the CoLab for eInclusion and Social Innovation at the University of the Western Cape, a role held since August 2021, focusing on digital transformation and societal inclusion, particularly in fostering digital skills among youth. Previously, Leona held the position of Adjunct Professor at Wits Business School, teaching courses on leadership and digital transformation. With a robust background in organizational development and change management from roles within Gijima, AST, and the Human Sciences Research Council, Leona has extensive experience in research and education, complemented by qualifications in psychology and coaching from several esteemed institutions, including the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town and the University of Pretoria.
