Carol Belle-Hallsworth is an accomplished ERP Systems Analyst at The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus since October 2008, with extensive experience in analyzing business processes, operational planning, and facilitating system upgrades. Carol has also served as an Enterprise Risk Manager, implementing risk management processes across multiple campuses and providing strategic oversight. Previous roles include Business Analyst, Project Development Officer at Barbados National Insurance, and Project Officer at First Caribbean International Bank, among others. With a Doctorate in Management specializing in Information Systems Technology and multiple degrees in International Business and Computer Science, Carol possesses a robust educational background complemented by significant leadership and technical expertise.
