Steven Klusener

Steven Klusener is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering, consulting, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at UWV since February 2023, Steven specializes in social security systems related to disabilities. As an Independent Consultant since January 2008, Steven has focused on (semi-)automated software refactoring, software quality control, and auditing for notable firms such as PWC and SQS. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at KPN, where Steven modernized legacy systems; Analyst Code Duplication, addressing software redundancy; and a tenure as Assistant Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
