Petra Demoor

Petra Demoor is an experienced professional in the field of architecture and project management, currently serving as Programmamanager Nieuwbouwproject at UZ Gent since November 2016, where past roles include Projectleider Nieuwbouwproject and Projectmanager bouw. Prior to UZ Gent, Petra held the position of Projectmanager at Bopro, overseeing significant projects such as VRT in Brussels and AZ Groeninge in Kortrijk. From September 2009 to May 2016, Petra worked at Eurostation as an Ir. architect, contributing to notable projects including the Diaboloproject at Brussels Airport and the architectural design of a bus station in Portmore, Jamaica. Additionally, Petra gained leadership experience as VTK Press president and served as Secretary for the Board of European Students of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on architecture and construction engineering from Ghent University.
