Kathleen Dekeirel

Kathleen Dekeirel is an experienced talent coordinator at UZA since June 2007, specializing in competence and talent management, recruitment, coaching, and project management. Prior to UZA, Kathleen served as an HR officer at Allen & Overy from November 1997 to May 2007. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Antwerp Management School (2003-2004) and has completed certifications as a Personal Coach from Quintessence (2011-2012) and as a Competency Assessor from UAMS (2007-2008). Additionally, Kathleen obtained a degree in Translation (Dutch/French/Russian) from Lessius Hogeschool (1992-1996) and has trained in prevention and support for burnout in organizations. Kathleen is also a certified NLP Practitioner, having studied at Arcturus (2019-2020).
