Erik Youngren

Erik Youngren possesses extensive experience in employee and human resources management, currently serving in Employee Relations at VF Corporation since December 2024. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions, including Director of People Relations at Western Union and Senior Manager of Employee Relations at VF Corporation. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Prudential Financial, Wells Fargo, Welcov Healthcare, HCR ManorCare, OSF HealthCare, and The Sedona Group.
