Filomena Ianniciello

Filomena Ianniciello is an experienced visual merchandiser currently working at arive since April 2022. Prior to this role, Filomena served as a fashion content creator at styleXchange from December 2021 to January 2022 and worked as a freelance fashion assistant and visual merchandiser at Spring Studios from January 2020 to May 2020, where responsibilities included image preparation for M&S E-commerce and performing analytical insights on sales figures. With a strong background in luxury retail, Filomena worked as a luxury sales associate for Four Seasons Recruitment between June 2017 and December 2019, collaborating with high-end brands and building a loyal customer base. Additional experience includes positions as a fashion assistant at The Telegraph and a freelance stylist and content creator at The Honest Department. Filomena holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication from the University of the Arts London and has also studied European Studies at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and participated in an Erasmus Programme focused on German Language and Literature at the University of Düsseldorf.
