Neena Kp

Neena KP currently serves as the Manager of the Electromechanical Division at V-Guard, overseeing the R&D of switchgears and automation since March 2019. Prior to this role, Neena was the Manager at the Switchgears Design and Development Centre of Larsen & Toubro from August 2008 to February 2019, where responsibilities included the design and development of a new range of MCCBs. Neena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management, Strategy, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed between January 2020 and December 2022, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, graduated in 2008.
