Sandra Forster-Bernacchia

Sandra Forster-Bernacchia possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at V-ZUG AG. Previously, Sandra held leadership positions including Head of People & Culture at ISS Schweiz and Head of Human Resources at Hilti Group. With a solid foundation in employee relations and policy management from roles at Swiss Re, Sandra has also provided consulting services through SFB. Educational qualifications include a lic.iur. in Law & Political Economics from the University of Zurich and further studies at the University of St.Gallen from 2018 to 2020.
